History

Pre-Aetherwatch

Booshie Nakamura was a tribal-born miqo'te from a traditional Keeper of the Moon tribe, but at a young age, through a very unfortunate incident, was used as a host for a voidsent. Her mother used the last bit of her life force to seal the creature away inside her daughter, in hopes she might get to live a normal life. Afterward, she was found and adopted by traveling Samurai from the East, and given a new life, as well as a new name.
She has made a name for herself by working Murder Investigations with the Sekiseigumi in Kugane, joining the Doman Resistance, and being promoted to field commander before receiving leave to travel and try to learn a bit more about herself and her future. She now considers herself a student of the unknown, seeking a greater understanding of things we don't fully understand. After traveling to Eorzia and a few missteps, she found herself a free company and family that have given her a chance to get involved in an entirely new line of work. Along helping her be rid of the voidsent that haunted her, she has uncovered truths of her past, and even become something of an aetherical magick user herself.

Post-Aetherwatch

Since joining Aetherwatch, Booshie has taken over as the Head of Investigations; she has been involved in several missions, and gone through multiple different types of training. During her time, she took on a student by the name of Arslang Semvachir, who started learning her style of combat, while she learned the basics of Time Magic, more specifically, Gravity Magic. As her own transition and growth happened, she started to realize that it might be time to pass along her soulstone to her student. After a ceremony, and a hard-fought match, she passed along her soul stone, with a smile, a new sense of freedom.
As Arslang graduated from her tutoring… it became time for her to find a new skill set, and as fate would find her in the company of the Dancers of Thavnair. While her training there is still ongoing, she takes her work with the Humanitarian group Aetherwatch still very seriously.
Constantly willing to protect those who deserve it, and uncover the strangest mysteries across the land, who knows what secrets will unveil themselves to the Shadow Cat. There is only one true way to find out, planting one foot after the other.

Time in Kugane?: Booshie is a former Sekiseigumi, mainly working Investigations be it slave rings, drugs, or solving murders? It's possible one might know her from her time there.__Fellow War __Buddy: Booshie was a member of the Doman Resistance for a long time, even was promoted to field commander her own group during the Revolution for a spell. It's possible to know her from there too.Keeper of the Moon: Booshie is a full-blooded Keeper of the Moon, though knows very little about her people, traditions, and such.
